The Niantic Bay Boardwalk stretches 1.1 miles from Cini Park (Black Hawk Beach) to Hole-in-the-Wall Beach in Niantic, CT.
The eastern half, near at Cini Park, is constructed of gray synthetic boards while the western half is made up of packed gravel.
Raised up over Black Hawk Beach, the sites and sounds of Long Island Sound immerse you as you travel along this pleasant, flat course.
Free parking is available at both Cini Park and Hole-in-the-Wall Beach.
Directions from I-95 S:
Take Exit 74 off of I-95 S and turn right at the end of the ramp. Continue along Route 161 (Flanders Road) for 3 miles into Niantic until you hit the intersection of Main Street.
For the Cini Park Entrance, take a left down Route 156 (Main Street) and travel .5 mile. Entrance for the park (Black Hawk Beach) will be on your left immediately before the bridge. For Hole-in-the-Wall Entrance, take a right down Route 156 (Main Street) and travel. 5 mile. Take a left down Baptist Lane across from the Niantic Inn. Parking for the boardwalk is on the left.
Directions from I-95 N:
Take Exit 72 off of I-95 Nand turn left at the end of the ramp. Continue along Route 156 (West Main Street) for 3 miles towards downtown Niantic.
For Hole-in-the-Wall Entrance, take a right down Baptist Lane across from the Niantic Inn. Parking for the boardwalk is on the left.
