3.6-mile Bluff Point State Park Run, Groton, CT
Bluff Point State Park and Coastal Reserve is a wooded peninsula comprising of over 800 acres in Groton, CT.
Home to an abundance of plants and wildlife, this 3.6-mile trail run provides joggers with a picturesque nature experience, as well as a fun workout.
As you travel counterclockwise along the trail, you have a scenic view of the Poquonock River until you loop back into the woods encountering an impressive canopy of trees. You end your jog by taking a right where the trails intersect, heading back towards the parking lot.
Bluff Point State Park and Coastal Reserve is open year-round from 8 am to sunset. Parking in the parking lot is complimentary year round.

Take exit 88. Turn left onto SR 117 South. Turn right at the end onto Route 1 South. Take a left at the first light onto Depot Road. Park entrance is at the end of the road.
