Today is National Running Day, a time to come together and become more healthy and fit as a nation. The aim of National Running Day is to promote jogging as an accessible form of exercise- all you need are comfortable clothes and a good pair of running shoes!
For non-runners (and veteran runners), a good way to get motivated to start and then keep up with a running routine is to sign up for a race. We’ve got plenty of local race listings on our race page. Check it out!
